Iran's National Skill Week Boosts Youth Training and Employment Initiatives

During the National Skill Week, officials in Zahedan, Sistan and Baluchestan, gathered at the Martyrs’ Cemetery to renew their pledge to the ideals of the Islamic Revolution and the country's martyrs. The ceremony, led by senior managers of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare and the provincial technical and vocational education director, emphasized the role of skill development in national progress and honoring the sacrifices of the martyrs.

In Bushehr province, Deputy Planning Officer Hassan Babahassan visited vocational training workshops and a student showcase, stressing that practical skill courses create pathways to employment and new businesses for young people. He highlighted programs ranging from construction electrician training for those over 14 to introductory computer courses for under‑14 participants, and noted that the week runs from 31 Tir to 6 Mordad, with 6 Mordad designated as National Entrepreneurship and Technical Training Day.
