The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a stern warning to the United States, stating that any new military attack on Iran would result in a fundamental change to the “geography of the war” and the introduction of new, precise weaponry. IRGC spokesperson Hossein Mohebbi stated that Tehran is prepared for a long-term conflict and possesses capabilities that would “surprise the world.”

Mohebbi further characterized the United States' recent efforts against Iran as a “historic and shameful defeat,” citing Washington’s inability to reopen the Strait of Hormuz as evidence.
