Iran's Tehran Prosecutor Visits Imam Khomeini Airport for Arbaeen Pilgrims

Ali Salehi, the prosecutor of Tehran, inspected the services provided to Arbaeen pilgrims at the Imam Khomeini International Airport terminal. Accompanied by senior officials from the Civil Aviation Organization and the Airport’s governmental enforcement unit, he toured check‑in halls, passport control, gates and baggage areas, listened to passenger complaints about flight delays and emphasized the need for strict ticket‑sale monitoring and protection of pilgrim rights. Salehi noted that, despite economic pressures, flight schedules have remained regular and even increased on some routes.

In Ilam province, Hajjat al‑Islam Musavi, the representative of the Supreme Leader in the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs, visited the newly built Ziarat Sarai in Mehran. He praised the 2,400‑square‑metre facility, which is being equipped to house families of martyrs and Arbaeen pilgrims, and urged continued support to complete its outfitting and operation.
