IRGC asserts missile production and capabilities remain intact

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has denied United States claims that Iran’s missile capabilities are limited. IRGC Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi stated that missile production remains ongoing and that reserves have not been exhausted. Mohebbi further asserted that Iranian missiles have become more technologically advanced, featuring guided capabilities that allow for mid-flight trajectory modifications to track targets.

In a separate development regarding diplomatic and intelligence efforts, reports indicate that the Trump administration attempted to use economic incentives to induce high-ranking IRGC officials, including General Ahmad Vahidi, to break from the Iranian government. This effort, described as a ‘divide and conquer’ tactic, reportedly failed after Vahidi rejected the incentives. The attempt allegedly involved communication channels facilitated through regional leaders to reach Iranian military command.
