IRGC warns of U.S. military scenarios and political stalemate

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued statements regarding escalating tensions between Iran and the United States. An IRGC representative stated that U.S. authorities have developed various military scenarios to continue conflict with Iran, but asserted that Iran is aware of these plans and has taken appropriate measures.

The IRGC claims that the United States has failed to force Iranian capitulation through military presence and has previously resorted to economic warfare and naval blockades. The representative further alleged that Iran has caused irreparable damage to many U.S. military bases in the Middle East and is developing new weaponry for potential hostilities.

Additionally, the Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council stated that President Donald Trump is in a stalemate, unable to effectively negotiate or engage in war. The official noted that while Iran has communicated its terms to the United States, the U.S. leadership has been unable to reach a decision.
