IRIB head reveals attacks on 50+ broadcasting sites

Peyman Jebelli, head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), has revealed that the organization's glass building was targeted during a recent 40-day conflict, resulting in the collapse of several floors and parts of its concrete walls. Jebelli stated that more than 50 other IRIB locations across the country were also targeted during these attacks.

Addressing his five-year tenure and recent criticisms regarding audience loss and management, Jebelli noted that the organization faced unprecedented challenges with limited resources. He addressed speculation regarding his potential departure or team changes, stating that no decision has been made and that any future leadership changes would be subject to the Supreme Leader's decision.
