Irina Foundation launched to support LGBTQIA2S+ communities

Accent Aigu Entertainment co-founders Jacob Tierney and Brendan Brady have launched the Irina Foundation, a private independent fund designed to support LGBTQIA2S+ and underserved communities. The foundation focuses on fostering inclusivity and mental well-being through participation in organized sports and the arts.

Inspired by the fictional foundation in Rachel Reid’s ‘Game Changers’ universe, the initiative aims to help individuals build meaningful connections and a sense of belonging. Kate Spade New York has joined as the inaugural donor, providing a founding contribution and facilitating connections with other partners, including the men’s grooming brand Harry’s.

The launch follows a period of philanthropic activity by Accent Aigu, which recently raised over $1.5 million for organizations such as You Can Play and the New York LGBTQ Center.
