Irinel Columbeanu faces significant financial difficulties

Former Romanian millionaire Irinel Columbeanu is reportedly facing severe financial hardship. According to Serghei Mizil, Columbeanu lost much of his wealth over the years, specifically citing a failed attempt to run for mayor as a major cause of his financial decline.

Mizil noted that Columbeanu has lost significant assets, including a luxury property in Snagov that was reportedly sold for a much lower value than its worth. Columbeanu currently resides in a senior center and no longer possesses a mobile phone, relying on staff to communicate with his daughter, who is studying in the United States.

Additionally, Columbeanu commented on his former wife, Monica Gabor, mentioning reports of financial difficulties regarding her partner, known as Mr. Pink.
