Irish AI and IT firms to add over 200 jobs by 2028

Limerick‑based AI software company WrxFlo announced a €3 million funding round that will support its expansion in the UK and United States and help it grow from 60 to 200 employees by 2028. The company, founded in 2019, provides an AI‑powered SaaS platform for manufacturers and logistics operators and already serves customers in Ireland, the UK, Germany, China and the US. Founder and CEO Tim Crowe said the investment will accelerate development of the platform that “connects systems, applies AI to the data, and gives teams a digital co‑worker.”

Dublin digital services firm Tekenable launched a partnership programme aimed at creating 30 new roles in project management, business analysis and software engineering over the next year. The initiative will raise the firm’s headcount from 200 to 230 by mid‑2027 and is intended to meet growing demand for cloud, AI and automation services. Head of Partnerships Kieran Kenefick said the programme will strengthen collaborations with cloud providers, independent software vendors and academic institutions, delivering greater value for customers.
