iRobot unveils expanded Roomba lineup for 2026

iRobot introduced a broadened Roomba portfolio slated for 2026, covering five product series designed for varied home sizes and cleaning needs. The entry‑level Series 100 adds ClearView™ LiDAR mapping, live work‑view, zone‑based cleaning and the SmartScrub™ active‑scrubbing mop function. Series 400 upgrades to DualClean™ rotating pads, AutoWash™ stations that wash and dry mop pads, and carpet‑detect lift to protect textiles.

Higher‑end Series 500 and 600 bring stronger suction (up to 30 kPa), hot‑water pad washing, larger onboard water tanks and a new roller mop that applies water before cleaning. Series 500 adds PrecisionVision™ AI camera for 3‑D mapping and automatic detergent dosing, while Series 600 uses the roller system and supports up to five stored maps. The top‑tier Series 700 (Max) combines the strongest suction, dual main brushes, AI navigation and the most advanced automation across the range.
