Iron Maiden celebrates 50 years with performances in Argentina and Chile

British heavy metal band Iron Maiden is celebrating five decades of music with performances across South America. In Argentina, the band held two nights of concerts at the Huracán stadium in Parque Patricios on October 20 and 21. The 'Run For Your Lives Tour' featured a repertoire spanning from their 1980 debut through 1992's 'Fear of the Dark', including tracks such as 'Murders in the Rue Morgue', 'Wrathchild', and 'Phantom of the Opera'.

In Chile, the band is scheduled to perform at the Estadio Nacional. Local radio station Radio Futuro has announced a contest for fans to win packs of the band's compact discs ahead of the upcoming shows.
