Iron Maiden celebrates 50 years with world tour and new documentary

Heavy metal legends Iron Maiden are celebrating their 50th anniversary through major live performances and new media releases. As part of their Run For Your Lives World Tour, the band has achieved over one million ticket sales for stadium shows and festivals across Europe, with upcoming dates scheduled for the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.

To commemorate their history, the documentary film ‘Iron Maiden: Burning Ambition’ is being released on 4K UltraHD and Blu-ray. Directed by Malcolm Venville, the film features restored archival footage and exclusive interviews, offering a look at the band’s career. Special collector’s editions, including a Steelbook and a version with art cards and posters, are also being made available.

In recent live action, the band performed at Boston’s TD Garden, where frontman Bruce Dickinson led a set including classics such as ‘The Number of the Beast’ and ‘2 Minutes to Midnight’ for a multi-generational audience.
