Irpinia traditions to launch on Amazon Prime Video

The “Mast & Fest” project is launching an eight-episode series on Amazon Prime Video to promote the traditions, folklore, and culinary heritage of the Irpinia region. Produced by Media Match, the series aims to showcase the authentic roots of the territory to a global audience.

The program highlights significant local events and historical festivals in various villages, including Lapio, Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi, Bagnoli Irpino, Gesualdo, Montella, and San Martino Valle Caudina. It focuses on craftsmanship, gastronomy, and the stories of the local communities that preserve these customs.

In addition to its digital release, the initiative includes an educational component, having been presented in local schools to encourage reflection on tourism and regional traditions. The project is officially sponsored by the Province of Avellino.
