ISA Yachts launches 80-meter Belita superyacht

ISA Yachts, the commercial brand of Palumbo Superyachts, has announced the launch of the Belita, an 80-meter luxury superyacht. Built at the shipyard's facilities in Ancona, Italy, the vessel represents the largest project in the shipyard's history in terms of both length and volume, reaching 2,220 GT.

Commissioned by Greek shipowner Giannis Kousta and his wife, Dimitra, the yacht features a steel hull for durability, a lightweight aluminum superstructure, and a teak-lined deck. The vessel has three levels, a width of 12.5 meters, and is powered by two MTU diesel engines, capable of a maximum speed of 18 knots.

The project marks the first collaboration between ISA Yachts and renowned designer Espen Øino, who handled the exterior design. The naval architecture was a joint effort between Palumbo Superyachts and the Italian firm Hydro Tec, while American architect Peter Marino designed the interiors. Construction of the vessel began in January 2023.
