Isaac del Toro to compete in Hamburg's ADAC Cyclassics

Mexican cyclist Isaac del Toro will return to competition this Sunday, August 16, at the ADAC Cyclassics in Hamburg, Germany. This marks his first appearance since his historic performance at the 2026 Tour de France, where he became the first Mexican rider to reach the general classification podium, finishing third while also winning a stage and the youth classification.

Del Toro will lead a UAE Team Emirates-XRG squad that includes riders such as Filippo Baroncini, Benoit Cosnefroy, Sebastian Molano, Jhonatan Narvaez, and Florian Vermeersch. The 207-kilometer UCI World Tour race starts in Buxtehude and concludes in Hamburg, featuring a competitive field that includes previous winners and top sprinters.

Following his success in the Tour de France, the 22-year-old Ensenada native recently extended his contract with UAE Team Emirates through 2031.
