Isabel Idibia discusses impact of parents' separation

Isabel Idibia, the daughter of Nigerian musician 2Baba and actress Annie Idibia, has spoken about the emotional impact of her parents’ marital separation. In a recent interview with Yanga FM, Isabel acknowledged that the split has affected her, stating, “I mean obviously yes, but things are getting better day by day.”

The separation between 2Baba and Annie Idibia was announced in February 2025. Following the breakup, 2Baba married Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru. The family's private dynamics have frequently been subject to public and media scrutiny in Nigeria.
