Isabela unveils Beer Day pasta recipes

Brazilian food brand Isabela, part of the M. Dias Branco portfolio, released two new pasta dishes to mark Beer Day, celebrated on the first Friday of August. The recipes – Parafuso ao Molho de Linguiça, a screw‑shaped pasta tossed with fresh sausage, tomato, onion, garlic and basil, and Macarrão com Porco na Cerveja Preta, pasta served with shredded pork cooked in dark beer, orange juice and herbs – were presented as a way to pair hearty meals with different beer styles. The brand highlighted its seven‑decade history and its focus on bold flavors that go beyond traditional snack‑beer pairings.
