Isabella Conti visits educational and penal institutions in Reggio Emilia

Isabella Conti, the regional assessor for School, Early Childhood Policies, Welfare, and the Third Sector, conducted visits in Reggio Emilia to observe local educational and correctional facilities.

In the morning, Conti visited the San Michele kindergarten and the Dodecaedro primary school, both managed by the Libera Scuola Steiner-Waldorf Cooperative. These institutions follow Steiner-Waldorf pedagogy, which focuses on active experience and holistic development. The schools serve approximately 150 students in the Reggio Emilia area.

In the afternoon, the assessor visited sections of the Reggio Emilia Penal Institute to address the specific needs of the prison community, accompanied by municipal assessor Annalisa Rabitti.
