Isabelle Drummond revives Emília for Globoplay launch of ‘Sítio do Picapau Amarelo’

Actress Isabelle Drummond, who portrayed Emília in the 2001‑2007 television adaptation of Sítio do Picapau Amarelo, posted a video in which she recreated the doll‑like costume, makeup and the series’ opening song performed by Gilberto Gil.

The video was released as part of the promotion for the show's arrival on the Globoplay streaming platform. The first four seasons became available on 27 July, with the remaining seasons scheduled for addition in October. Online viewers responded with nostalgic comments, recalling their childhood memories of the series.
