Isack Hadjar attributes improved consistency to car reliability and technical adaptation at Red Bull

French driver Isack Hadjar, promoted to Red Bull Racing for the 2026 season after winning the 2025 championship with Racing Bulls, struggled in the opening races of his debut year, scoring points in only two events. From the Canadian Grand Prix onward he began regularly finishing inside the top six, signalling a clear turnaround.

Hadjar explained that fixing operational errors, gaining a better grasp of the car’s boost and start systems, and benefiting from increased reliability allowed him to convert speed into points. He praised teammate Max Verstappen’s race management, saying, “When the car works well, it’s easy to get results,” and added, “Max is very impressive during races.” His next target is to fight for a podium finish.
