In a social media update, the French driver noted that while the injury is unusual for his career, the lack of swelling is a positive sign for his recovery. He reported increasing mobility each day and expressed hope to compete in the upcoming double-header involving Italy and Spain.

Red Bull is expected to allow Hadjar as much recovery time as possible, with a final decision regarding his participation in Monza anticipated by Wednesday. If he fails to pass fitness tests, the driver pairings used during the Zandvoort weekend—including Liam Lawson and Yuki Tsunoda—will likely remain in place.
