Isack Hadjar withdraws from Dutch GP following wrist injury

Red Bull driver Isack Hadjar withdrew from the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort due to a wrist injury sustained during boxing training. The decision followed advice from MotoGP legend Marc Márquez, who was contacted by Hadjar through their shared physiotherapist, Carlos J. García.

Márquez, drawing on his own traumatic experience with a severe arm injury in 2020 that required multiple surgeries, advised Hadjar against the risk of racing too early. Márquez noted that while missing one race is manageable, returning prematurely and worsening an injury can have life-altering consequences.

Hadjar's absence led to Liam Lawson stepping in to compete. While Hadjar remained at the event to support the team, the focus remains on his recovery in hopes of a return for the upcoming Grand Prix in Monza.
