IShowSpeed Purchases $11 Million Miami Warehouse for Content Studio

YouTube star Darren Watkins Jr., known as IShowSpeed, bought a 26,600‑square‑foot warehouse on a 1.8‑acre lot at 8700 NW Seventh Avenue in unincorporated Miami‑Dade County for nearly $11 million. The property, originally built in 1969 and painted all black, will be converted into a dedicated content‑creation studio for the influencer’s expanding media business.

Records show the building was previously linked to Limited Spec Automotive, a luxury used‑car dealer owned by CEO Farid Guanuna, and was bought by that entity in 2022 for $8 million from the Miami Rescue Mission, a nonprofit serving homeless residents. Real‑estate broker Jordan Karp, son of architect Kobi Karp, represented IShowSpeed in the transaction.
