Isidore Mvouba dismisses health rumors after appearing in Paris

Isidore Mvouba, the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of the Congo, has dismissed recent social media rumors regarding his health. Following his absence from the ceremonies celebrating the 66th anniversary of Congo's independence, anonymous online accounts circulated claims that he was gravely ill or hospitalized.

Mvouba has countered these allegations by appearing in public in Paris, France. Recent images show him walking through the streets of the French capital, appearing healthy and active. The incident has been characterized as a campaign of disinformation aimed at both the individual and the institutions of the Republic.
