Isla Bonita Moda brands showcase La Palma creativity in Madrid

Fifteen fashion brands associated with Isla Bonita Moda presented a collective showcase titled ‘Horizontes’ at the OMODA Madrid es Moda event held at the Palacio de Santoña. The initiative, supported by the Cabildo de La Palma’s Economic Promotion Department and managed by SODEPAL, aimed to highlight the creative talent of La Palma by showcasing textile fashion, accessories, and designer jewelry.

The presentation focused on themes of identity, territory, and innovation, blending craftsmanship with contemporary design. The participating textile brands included Adrienne, Alex Menorca, Diazar, Julia Brito, Gohemm, Pedro Juan, Rayco Plata, and Waleska Morín. Accessories were represented by La Sereca, Raquel Sanjuán, and Xanalue, while jewelry contributions came from Atelier El Tesoro, Lepa Punca, Pedro Ferreiro, and Sara Luis Joyas.

Miriam Perestelo, the Counselor for Economic Promotion of the Cabildo de La Palma, noted that the participation serves to project an image of the island linked to design and innovation, providing new opportunities for creators from La Palma while maintaining their connection to their origins.
