Islamic Arts Exhibition opens in Moscow

The “Hane” themed Islamic Arts Exhibition, organized by the Albayrak Group, has opened at the Yunus Emre Institute in Moscow. The exhibition features calligraphy works based on verses from the Quran regarding the family, presented through various traditional styles and compositions by master calligraphers.

Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar inaugurated the event, noting that relations between Turkey and Russia extend beyond politics, economy, and energy into the realms of culture and art. He emphasized that the exhibition serves as an important medium to introduce Turkish values to the Russian people.

The event was held in cooperation with the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Yunus Emre Institute. Attendees included Turkey's Ambassador to Moscow Tanju Bilgiç and Albayrak Media General Manager Abdullah Hanönü. The exhibition will remain open to visitors until October 30.
