Islamic morning and evening supplications for spiritual peace

Religious texts and supplications are provided for morning and evening remembrance (adhkar). These practices are described as a means to achieve spiritual tranquility, heart comfort, and protection from harm.

The morning supplications include specific verses from the Quran, such as Ayat al-Kursi and the three Quls, alongside prayers for seeking goodness throughout the day and protection from laziness and hardship.

The evening supplications focus on seeking forgiveness, repentance, and divine guidance. They include traditional phrases for glorifying God and asking for relief from worries, increased piety, and ease in both worldly and afterlife matters.
