Islands Co., Ltd. to reopen original California Lounge brand in Kawasaki

Islands Co., Ltd. has announced the revival of its original brand, ‘California Lounge Grill & Bar Kashimada,’ scheduled to open on September 26, 2026, in Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture. The new location serves as a tribute to the company’s first establishment, which laid the foundation for its current network of approximately 60 restaurants.

The restaurant features a West Coast-inspired interior with 42 seats, including counter seating, sofa tables, and private rooms. The menu focuses on steak courses, with options ranging from a ‘Standard Course’ at 4,900 yen to a ‘Premium Course’ at 8,900 yen. Customers can also opt for a two-hour all-you-can-drink plan featuring over 100 varieties of beverages, including craft beers, for an additional 1,000 yen.
