Ismael Bennacer to Exit AC Milan After Agent Switch, Dinamo Zagreb Shows Interest

Algerian midfielder Ismael Bennacer has changed his representation to Lian Sports Group, signalling his departure from AC Milan in the summer of 2026. Bennacer spent the 2025‑26 season on loan at Dinamo Zagreb, where he made 19 appearances, and the Croatian club is now pursuing a permanent deal despite not activating the €10 million purchase option.

Dinamo president Zvonimir Boban has expressed a desire to retain Bennacer, pending the resolution of his contract with Milan. Bennacer remains under contract with Milan for one more year at a net salary of roughly €4 million, but the club, which considers him fully amortised, will likely try to sell him to recoup value.
