Ismaël Condé assumes leadership of Guinea's FDSI

Ismaël Condé has officially begun his term as Director General of the Social Development and Indigence Fund (FDSI) in Kaloum. The former mayor of Matam stated that his mandate will focus on transparency, equity, efficiency, and proximity to vulnerable populations.

During his installation ceremony, Condé expressed gratitude to President Mamadi Doumbouya and Minister of Women, Family, and Solidarity Aminata Kaba. He emphasized that his role is a human mission intended to improve the living conditions of the elderly, people with disabilities, children, and those in need of social and sanitary support. He aims to move the fund beyond administrative management to produce concrete effects for beneficiaries.
