Ismaëlo Ganiou attracts transfer interest amid injury update

Regarding his recent physical condition, RC Lens coach Dino Toppmöller provided reassuring news following a match against AJ Auxerre. Ganiou required medical attention and a bandage after sustaining a head injury during a collision with Rayan Mandengue. Toppmöller confirmed that the wound was treated and closed by the team doctor, stating, “He took a hit to the head at the end, he was open. But he saw the doc who was able to close the wound.” Despite the injury, Ganiou contributed to Lens's 5-2 victory by scoring a goal.
