IsoEnergy secures 33% of new US uranium venture while expanding Canadian and Australian projects
IsoEnergy Ltd. announced a definitive agreement with DISA Technologies to create DISA Uranium Corporation. Under the deal IsoEnergy will contribute its Utah portfolio of projects—including Tony M, Daneros, Rim, Sage Plain and Flatiron—and receive roughly a 33 % ownership stake in the new US uranium platform.
The company highlighted its three strategic pillars: the directly held Hurricane uranium project in Canada, the Wiluna development in Australia, and the US platform. These moves are intended to position IsoEnergy for the projected growth in global nuclear power capacity, which the World Nuclear Association expects to rise from about 398 GW in 2025 to 746 GW by 2040, increasing annual uranium demand from roughly 69 000 t to over 150 000 t.
