ISPA Construction plans capacity expansion for Bodrum resort
ISPA Construction Industry and Marketing A.S. has applied for a new Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to expand a planned 5-star holiday village project in the Kızılağaç neighborhood of Bodrum, Muğla.
The project, which has not yet begun construction, aims to double its room capacity from 60 to 120 rooms. The expansion also involves increasing the total project area from approximately 20,348 square meters to 54,723 square meters.
Following this capacity increase, the total investment cost for the facility is estimated at 433,139,346 TL, a significant rise from the initial 157 million TL investment. The land, which is under Treasury ownership, has been allocated to the company by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for a period of 49 years. The expanded facility is expected to include various social and commercial units, such as pools, restaurants, and sports areas.
