Isparta breaks ground on Merve-İbrahim Çelik Quran course
A groundbreaking ceremony was held in the Davraz neighborhood of Isparta for the Merve-İbrahim Çelik 4-6 Age Quran Course. The facility is being constructed next to the Bilal-i Habeşi Mosque.
The project is funded by local businessman Hüseyin Çelik, his wife Fatma Çelik, and their son Esat İlhan Çelik. The course is named in memory of their deceased children, Merve and İbrahim Çelik. The building will occupy approximately 2,000 square meters and will consist of four floors, including a basement, a ground floor, and two upper levels.
Local officials, including Isparta Governor Abdullah Erin and Mayor Şükrü Başdeğirmen, attended the ceremony. Once completed, the center will provide specialized educational services for children between the ages of 4 and 6.
