Ispire Technology reports revenue growth amid turnaround efforts

Ispire Technology reported its fiscal fourth-quarter results, noting a 33% increase in quarterly revenue to $26.7 million compared to the same period last year. Despite the revenue growth, the company reported a net loss of $13.8 million for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.

President Steven Przybyla characterized the current period as an “important inflection point” in a turnaround strategy focused on cost reduction, balance sheet cleanup, and addressing legacy receivables. The company expects to substantially address remaining legacy accounts-receivable write-offs during fiscal 2027.

Key operational developments include new manufacturing licenses in Malaysia and continued efforts to commercialize nicotine technology platforms. While gross margins declined to 6.3% due to an inventory impairment, operating expenses excluding credit losses fell by 28.6% year-over-year.
