Israel Betanzos Cortés highlights role of notaries in Mexico

Federal Deputy Israel Betanzos Cortés led the forum “Notariado Mexicano: Retos y Oportunidades” to discuss the role of notaries in Mexico. During the event, Betanzos Cortés emphasized that notaries serve as a fundamental pillar for legality, legal security, and the consolidation of the rule of law in Mexico City.

The legislator called for increased public awareness regarding notary services, noting that their functions extend beyond managing properties or inheritance. The forum included participation from various mayors, leaders from the 16 demarcations of the capital, and representatives from the Colegio de Notarios.
