Israel Defense Minister Israel Katz Warns Iran and Responds to Samaria Stabbing

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz told reporters that any Iranian attack on Israel would be met with a “crushing blow,” after a high‑level security assessment with senior military leaders, including IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir.

Katz also addressed a stabbing incident near Alon Moreh in the Samarian region, expressing support for victim Itamar Cohen, a farm founder, saying, “I wish a speedy recovery to Itamar Cohen…”. He reiterated that the Israeli Defense Forces will continue to dismantle terrorist infrastructure and strengthen settlements as part of Israel’s security strategy.
