Israel faces strained US relations amid ‘endless war’ strategy

Ben-Ephraim notes that the Israeli military tends to resolve every threat with excessive force, a trend he claims Netanyahu has enabled. He further asserts that ongoing wars serve as a pretext for expanding settlements into Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria, driven by religious and messianic goals.

Regarding international relations, Ben-Ephraim describes the current period between Israel and the United States as the most difficult in their history. He observes that American public support for Israel is eroding, with many Americans viewing Israel’s actions as war crimes or genocide. He predicts a future where the United States may cease providing military aid, stating that the ‘blank check’ previously given to Israel no longer exists.
