Israel intensifies airstrikes in southern Lebanon

The Israeli military has intensified airstrikes in southern Lebanon, targeting several towns including Al-Mansouri, Al-Qantara, Nabatieh al-Fawqa, Doha Kafr Rumman, and Wadi Zbaqin. Reports indicate that warplanes conducted multiple raids on Wadi Zbaqin and Al-Mansouri, where drones reportedly dropped explosive canisters in residential areas. In Al-Mansouri, several homes were also demolished.

These actions are described as ongoing violations of a ceasefire agreement. The escalation follows a period of intense conflict that has resulted in thousands of casualties and the displacement of approximately 1.5 million Lebanese citizens.
