Israel “N” linked to process for retention of three minors in Querétaro

A judicial authority has linked Israel “N” to a criminal process for the retention of three minors in the municipality of Pinal de Amoles, Querétaro. The investigation revealed that the minors were moved from Jalpan de Serra to the community of Agua Amarga.

Following vehicle tracking, interviews, and searches throughout the Sierra Gorda region, authorities located the three minors in a cave within a wild area, where they were found in the company of the accused. The Fiscalía General del Estado de Querétaro stated that the children were kept out of the reach of their legal guardians.

The court has imposed precautionary measures and granted a two-month period for complementary investigation to determine if other individuals were involved in the incident.
