Israel reveals Hamas tactics used to spread terror
Israeli military forces have released documents allegedly authored by former Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar. These materials detail a strategy designed to spread terror among the Israeli population by disseminating footage of the October 7, 2023, attacks. The documents suggest Sinwar ordered the large-scale distribution of violent imagery involving Israeli soldiers and military destruction to exert psychological pressure on society.
According to the released materials, the plan included documenting attacks such as car bombs and arson to showcase the scale of destruction. Sinwar also reportedly considered expanding military operations to include groups in Lebanon, such as Hezbollah, and organizations in the West Bank, while maintaining a priority on striking strategic command centers in Israel.
In a separate development regarding the conflict, a documentary titled ‘NAZA’ has sparked significant controversy in Israel. The film alleges that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) utilized artificial intelligence and mass surveillance to designate targets in the Gaza Strip, sometimes accepting high ‘collateral damage’ (NAZA) counts. In response to the film, Israeli officials have criticized the production, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu labeling it an expression of antisemitism. A counter-documentary, ‘NAZA: The Real Story,’ has since been released to justify IDF operations.
