Israel reveals locations of 14 Gaza detainees and adds 41 administrative detention orders

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Affairs Committee said the Israeli army responded with the detention sites of 14 Gaza prisoners. The men – including Magdi Salem, Abdul Rahman Rabaḥ and others – are held in prisons such as Nafha, Nablus, and Neitshan. The committee warned that many more detainees remain subject to forced disappearance, estimating about 9,400 Palestinian prisoners overall, of whom 1,320 are classified by Israel as "unlawful combatants" and are held in secret military camps.

In a separate action, Israeli authorities issued or renewed administrative detention orders for 41 Palestinians from the West Bank. The orders list names and hometowns such as Tummon, Nablus, Hebron and Jericho, with detention periods ranging from roughly three and a half to seven months. These measures continue Israel’s practice of holding individuals without charge or trial.
