West Bank: Israeli forces raid NGOs and medical complex as settlers target mosque

Israeli forces conducted a series of raids across the occupied West Bank, targeting both Palestinian residents and human rights organizations. In Ramallah, troops stormed the Palestine Medical Complex, deploying snipers at its entrances and blocking movement. During the incursion, Israeli forces searched the offices of several NGOs, including the Union of Palestinian Women’s Committees and Addameer. The Addameer Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, which Israel has designated as a terrorist organization, had its equipment and files confiscated, and its offices were reportedly sealed.

Simultaneously, reports emerged of settler violence in the village of Mikhmas, where a mosque was set on fire and spray-painted with Hebrew slogans. Settlers also reportedly damaged a vehicle and olive trees in the area. The Israeli military stated it has opened an investigation into the arson and graffiti, though no suspects have been identified.

In other areas, including Jenin and various villages near Ramallah, clashes resulted in injuries to Palestinians from live ammunition, rubber-coated bullets, and tear gas. Dozens of Palestinians were also reported detained during these operations.
