Israeli forces raid Tulkarm and arrest Fatah official

Israeli military forces conducted a large-scale raid in the city of Tulkarm in the West Bank, targeting the area surrounding the Shaheed Thabet Thabet Government Hospital. During the operation, special forces in civilian clothing conducted intensive searches and patrols in the Al-Sharafia neighborhood.

Israeli soldiers raided the home of Mohammad Ibrahim Shehadeh, the Fatah movement secretary in the Tulkarm camp, located directly behind the hospital. Reports indicate that soldiers entered the residence and intentionally damaged its contents. Shehadeh, 46, had previously been detained in September.

In a separate action, forces raided a residential building near the Al-Alimi roundabout in the western part of the city to conduct searches, though no new arrests were reported there. The military also distributed warning leaflets to residents during the operation.
