The clip mirrors a similar deep‑fake video posted earlier by U.S. President Donald Trump, where Trump portrayed himself as a physician treating a satirical "Trump syndrome."

In Netanyahu’s version, he lists symptoms such as obsession, anxiety and nonstop news consumption, and prescribes a simple treatment: turn off propaganda channels and take fictitious medicines called "Bemol" and "Bibicin." The video features AI‑generated likenesses of three prominent Israeli journalists—Ben Caspit, Raviv Drucker and Guy Peleg—as patients, replacing the Hollywood celebrities that appeared in Trump’s clip. The stunt is part of Netanyahu’s pre‑election media strategy and targets critics who have previously challenged his Likud campaign.
