Israel's Ben-Gvir accused of using Palestinian prisoner footage for propaganda

Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has been documented using footage of harsh conditions faced by Palestinian prisoners for political purposes. Reports indicate that approximately 9,500 Palestinians, including women and children, are held in Israeli prisons under increasingly severe conditions.

In Negev Prison, authorities reportedly conducted raids to confiscate prisoners' clothing and Quranic texts, leaving only one Quran available for every 15 cells. The Palestinian Prisoners Information Office has described these actions as part of a collective punishment policy. Prisoners face significant shortages of food and hygiene supplies, with limited daily outdoor time restricted to 45 minutes.
