ISS expands North American partnership with key client

ISS, a global provider of workplace experience and facility services, has extended and expanded its partnership with a key account customer in North America. The expanded agreement has an estimated annual value of approximately 150 million DKK.

Under the new six-year contract, ISS will provide a broader range of integrated facility services across the client's sites, including selected technical services. The agreement also allows for additional work beyond the base scope over time, such as major maintenance and facility improvement projects.

The expanded services are scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026 and will gradually ramp up over a 12-month period. Steven Quick, CEO of ISS Americas, stated that the deal reflects the company's focus on growing alongside existing customers through both core services and specialized facility projects.
