At Paris Fashion Week, Issey Miyake’s menswear label IM Men presented its Spring/Summer 2027 collection in the Césure venue in the city’s 5th arrondissement. The show centered on a bamboo theme, using bamboo‑fiber and organic‑cotton fabrics, traditional Japanese iron‑dye techniques, and structural details that evoke bamboo shadows. A collaborative Asics shoe, the Sortie Veiled, was also featured, blending 1980s runner aesthetics with modern performance.

Backstage, the event was marked by extreme heat, with temperatures exceeding 38 °C. Major houses such as Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton and the emerging brand Auralee were also on the schedule, contributing to a humid, high‑energy atmosphere for models, designers and guests.
