ISSO hosts major school sports competitions in Jaipur and Ahmedabad

The Indian Schools Sports Organisation (ISSO) recently held major sporting events for students across India. In Jaipur, the ISSO Football and Tennis Games concluded at Jayshree Periwal International School, involving 1,670 athletes from 90 international schools. The competition included Under-19 Girls and Under-17 Boys football, as well as various age categories for tennis. Jayshree Periwal International School secured the Under-19 Boys and Girls tennis team titles, while Strawberry Fields High School won the Under-17 Boys football title.

In Ahmedabad, Adani International School hosted the ISSO National Games Chess Competition. The tournament brought together over 425 young players from more than 100 schools across 10 states. The event was inaugurated by Chess Grandmaster Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa and attended by several officials, including Namrata Adani and Pranav Adani. The championship featured four age categories ranging from Under-11 to Under-19.
