Istanbul investigation reveals alleged male sex work network

As part of the “Ailem Güvende” (My Family is Safe) investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a suspect has provided testimony regarding a network involving paid sexual services for men.

The suspect, whose identity remains undisclosed, alleged that an individual named Emre Tanış facilitated these activities. According to the statement, the suspect met Tanış through a workplace and later stayed at his residence due to housing instability. The suspect claimed that Tanış requested nude photographs and subsequently directed them to different men for money, allegedly earning commissions from these arrangements.

The testimony further alleges that the suspect engaged in paid sexual encounters with two men on separate occasions, receiving a total of 6,000 TL. The suspect also claimed that Tanış operated a WhatsApp group where photographs of young men were shared and accused him of marketing others in a similar manner.
